These schools are administered and managed by local Army authorities and affiliated to CBSE through Army Welfare Education Society (AWES). The board is about to release Teaching Jobs for various posts such as TGT, PGT and PRT which will be filled through an online tests, interview and skill test.

Army Public School Exam Pattern 2024 – TGT, PGT, PRT
- The test will be conducted ONLINE in the MCQ format
- The exam paper will contain the objective type questions for each post.
- There will be negative marking.1/4 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- To qualify for a post, the candidate must score minimum 50 % marks in each part.
- Scores will be normalized to 100.
- Those PGT/TGT candidates who fail in Part B but pass Part A may opt to take a score card for PRT.
