Educational Qualification
The candidate must pass a bachelor’s degree with English as one of the combination subjects in the degree course from a recognized University and speed in English Shorthand and 40 words per minute respectively and Ability to read, write and speak in Bengali
Age Limit
- The candidate’s maximum age should be 36 Years as on 1st January 2017.
- Relaxation in Upper Age Limit is applicable to Reserve Categories candidates as per Government of West Bengal Norms and Rules.
Pay Scale
- Basic Payment of English Reporter Post: – Rs.15,600-42,000/- with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- per month.
Application Fee
- For General/OBC Category Candidates–Rs.210/- with Service Charge
- For SC/ST/PWD Category Candidates of West Bengal–No Fee
