1. The Ram Rajya Rath Yatra takes off from Ayodhya
Major Highlights:
- The Ram Rajya Rath Yatra is an initiative taken by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad launched from Ayodhya.
- The rally will continue for 41 days and will pass through 6 states before ending in Tamil Nadu.
- The yatra will end in Tamil Nadu on March 25 after covering around 6000 kms.

- According to the research reports Manchester City have the most expensive squad in history.
- The research values Pep Guardiola’s team at 878 million euros (Rs 6,939 crore), with Paris Saint-Germain second on 805 million euros (Rs 6,385 crore).
- Paul Pogba is the most expensive player with a worth of €100m from Manchester United Squad.
3. Mumbai 12th richest city globally with total wealth at USD 950 billion

- In the recent report released by the New World Wealth, Mumbai is among the 12th wealthiest city across the world in which New York topped.
- The net wealth of the city is USD 950 billion.
- Mumbai is also featured among the top 10 cities in terms of billionaire population.
4. World’s tallest hotel opens in Dubai higher 100m taller than previous
Major Highlights:
- The world’s tallest hotel Gevora has opened in Dubai which stands at 356 meters having 528 rooms.
- The new hotel is higher than the previous record holder the JW Mariott Marquis (also in Dubai) and 50m higher than the very famous skyscraper Shard standing at 309m.
- Dubai is also home to the world’s tallest building, which stands at 828 meters.
5. India wins the First ODI in South Africa
Major Highlights:
- After 25 years the Indian Cricket team has received the long-awaited ODI series triumph on South African soil that came after six tours.
- Virat Kohli became the first Indian captain to win an ODI series in South Africa.
- Currently the Indian Cricket team is ranked No 1 in ODIs.
6. 12th International Conference on CSR Held in Bengaluru
Major Highlights:
- The 12th Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility was organized by the institute of directors in Begaluru Karnataka.
- In the event prestigious Golden Peacock Awards were also presented.
