2. PM to visit Indonesia and Singapore from May 29 to June 2
Major Highlights:
- Shri Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Indonesia and Singapore to hold bilateral ties from 29th May to 2nd June.
- The visit forwards India’s Act East policy whereby relations with ASEAN countries will be further strengthened.
- This is the first official visit of Narendra Modi to Indonesia where he will meet Indonesian President Joko Widodo.
3. Indian Railways introduce innovative ideas for NFR generation
Major Highlights:
- The ministry of railways has decided to introduce a New, Innovative Non-Fare Revenue Ideas shortly known as NFR.
- The scheme will be implemented at divisional level under which new and innovative ideas and concepts will be primarily focused to enhance NFR earnings.
- The scheme will come into force with immediate effect.

4. India bag Silver & Bronze in Archery World Cup Stage II
Major Highlights:
- In the event of World Cup Stage II, India has opened its account by winning Silver & Bronze Medal at the second stage.
- The silver medal was fetched by Jyothi Vennam, Muskan Kirar and Divya Dhayal.
- The mixed pair of Jyothi and Abhishek Verma won the Bronze medal for India.
